At Spinbot, we provide digital products that modify hardware identifiers for gaming use. Due to the nature of our service, we follow strict guidelines to protect both our customers and our software from misuse.
🧾 Digital Product Notice
All sales are for digital, non-tangible software. Once a license key is delivered or activated, you gain full access to proprietary software, and we cannot revoke access. Therefore, we do not offer refunds in most cases.
❌ Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The product has already been used.
- You request a refund after 24 hours of delivery or usage.
✅ Eligible Refunds (Strict Criteria)
Refunds may be approved only if:
- You made a duplicate purchase by accident.
- Your license key has not been used or activated.
- You were unable to access or receive the software, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
To request a refund, contact us at discord.gg/spinbot with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the request
- Proof of the issue (e.g., error logs or screen recordings)
⚠️ Chargeback & Fraud Policy
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team will result in:
- Permanent termination of your license and account
- Submission of your case to payment gateway provider with supporting evidence (delivery logs, activation status, IP/device usage)
💳 Processing Time
Refunds may take up to thirty (30) calendar days to process depending on your payment method.
